Iowa, Stanford see Rose Bowl as solid substitute for playoff

PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — Kevin Hogan will make a bit of Rose Bowl history when he steps behind center Friday for his record-tying third start for Stanford in the Granddaddy of Them All.
