Grid penalties for Bottas and Ricciardo

SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Williams driver Valtteri Bottas was handed a three place grid penalty for the Brazilian Formula One Grand Prix on Friday for overtaking while red warning flags were displayed to halt practice.
