Everton's Cenk Tosun 'not bothered' by Allardyce snub

Everton striker Cenk Tosun has insisted he was not bothered by Sam Allardyce's decision not to play him in Saturday's 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace as he is focusing on getting fitter.
