Daniel Sturridge says substitution was down to 'fatigue'

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge admits he came off against Bayern Munich after feeling a 'little bit of tension' but adds that he will 'be okay'. Sturridge pulled up immediately after scoring Liverpool's third.
