Cubs get bullpen help, acquire RHP Joe Smith from Angels

CHICAGO (AP) — The NL Central-leading Chicago Cubs have added more depth to their bullpen, acquiring right-hander Joe Smith from the Los Angeles Angels just before the trade deadline.
