UD finding sheds light on infertility puzzle, could improve in vitro fertilization

(University of Delaware) Patricia A. Martin-DeLeon, a reproductive biologist at the University of Delaware, and her team have revealed for the first time communication between the sperm and the fallopian tube that helps prepare the sperm for its final big push into the egg. The finding could improve in vitro fertilization and help couples struggling with infertility.
