Transcription-coupled changes in nuclear mobility of mammalian cis-regulatory elements

To achieve guide RNA (gRNA) multiplexing and an efficient delivery of tens of distinct gRNAs into single cells, we developed a molecular assembly strategy termed chimeric array of gRNA oligonucleotides (CARGO).
