Three NASA satellites recreate solar eruption in 3-D

(NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center) Scientists have developed a model that simulates how shocks following coronal mass ejections, or CMEs, propagate from the sun -- an effort made possible only by combining data from three different NASA satellites.
