Space Webcasts: NASA Launches CYGNSS Hurricane Satellites Into Orbit

Update for 9:19 am ET: NASA has successfully launched its CYGNSS hurricane satellites. NASA's Cyclone Global Navigation Satellite System, CYGNSS, will launch today at 8:35 a.m. EST (1335 GMT) after three days of delays due to technical glitches. An Orbital ATK Pegasus XL rocket carrying the eight CYGNSS satellites will be air-launched from an L-1011 carrier plane, called Stargazer, once it reaches drop altitude.
