Satellite captures birth of South Pacific Tropical Cyclone Ula

(NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center) As Tropical Cyclone Ula was coming together, NOAA's GOES-West satellite captured an image of the consolidating storm in the Southern Pacific Ocean.
