Russia Plans Early February Progress Return to Flight

Russia has tentatively scheduled the next Progress launch for early February, pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation. The Progress MS-04 spacecraft was lost during a Dec. 1 launch to the International Space Station when the spacecraft prematurely separated from the Soyuz rocket's upper stage.
