Optimistic Outlook May Lower Women's Risk of Dying
Women with an optimistic outlook on life may live longer, a new study finds. And although optimism has been linked in earlier studies to healthy behaviors such as eating a healthy diet and getting more exercise, the researchers noted that these behaviors only partially explained the link to a longer life.
