Lake Erie: Car found frozen solid after severe cold hits eastern US

Video footage has been released showing a car frozen solid in a block of ice in New York state. The Mitsubishi had been parked next to Lake Erie, near Buffalo, overnight on 10 January, where it was splashed by waves amid 47mph high winds and freezing cold temperatures. The incident has now gone viral over social media, with images and video of the ice sculpture being shared thousands of times.
