Government not prepared for robot revolution - MPs

The Government is failing to prepare for how artificial intelligence will "fundamentally" change people's lives, MPs have warned. A report by the Science and Technology Committee found there is no strategy for developing the new skills workers will need to succeed as the use of automation and AI increases. It urged the Government to set up a commission on artificial intelligence to look at potential problems the science could create.
