UN privacy chief: UK surveillance bill is 'worse than scary'

Joseph Cannataci, the UN's special rapporteur on privacy, has lambasted the government's draft Investigatory Powers Bill as he said the government has gone on a full on "absolute offensive" to introduce the new powers.
