Tesla CEO Elon Musk says he's working on another secret 'masterplan'

Elon Musk, chief executive of California-based electric car company Tesla Motors, has said in a Tweet that he is 'Working on Top Secret Tesla Masterplan, Part 2' that will set out the future of his company.
