Solar Impulse 2 ABANDONED until 2016 after suffering battery damage

The solar-powered plane will stay at Kalaeloa airport while maintenance work is carried out. The pilots (Bertrand Piccard left and André Borschberg) will take off for the West coast of America in April 2016.
