Minnesota nuclear power plant where 400,000 gallons leaked radioactive water has SECOND incident

Xcel Energy is temporarily shutting down its Minnesota nuclear power plant after it leaked hundreds of gallons of radioactive water this week- some of which flowed into groundwater.
