Growth spurt of a giant: Supermassive black hole spotted rapidly increasing in size as it devours debris in distant galaxy

Research led by astronomers at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenberg, Sweden, has discovered an unusual swirling jet of cool dense gas produced by a rapidly growing black hole.
