Fully autonomous drones may have 'hunted down' and attacked humans for the first time

According to a UN report, rebels in Libya were bombarded by 'unmanned combat aerial vehicles' in 2020. The drones, Kargu-2 quadcopters, were programmed to attack without a human operator.
