Fireworks cut visibility by a QUARTER: Motorists are advised to be more alert when driving around on Bonfire Night

Scientists at the University of Birmingham examined data collected between 2000 and 2012 from 34 meteorological stations throughout the UK on bonfire night when fireworks are set off.
