Facebook steals yet ANOTHER Snapchat feature by testing avatars

Code hidden in Facebook's Android app reveals an unreleased global tool that lets users build characters of themselves. The feature is a clone of Bitmoji, one of Snapchat's LA -based subsidiary companies.
