Facebook rips off Snapchat AGAIN with redesigned 'Nearby Friends' tool

The social media giant is revamping its 'Nearby Friends' tool, which was launched in 2014, by testing a new design that looks nearly identical to rival Snapchat's 'Snap Maps.'
