European Space Agency tests machine that makes water and oxygen by 'cooking' lunar soil

European scientists demonstrated a machine that gets water and oxygen out of moon soil by 'cooking' it at temperatures exceeding 1800 degrees Fahrenheit and putting it in a catalytic converter.
