Elon Musk plans to turn its current falcon rocket into a 'mini-me' version of its Big Falcon Rocket

Elon Musk announced on Twitter that his rocket firm intends to upgrade the second stage of the Falcon 9 rocket to 'be like a mini-BFR ship.' It could launch as soon as 2019, according to Musk.
