Dutch designer creates dress with lights that mimic heart

Disruptive Dutch Anouk Wipprecht has unveiled a new dress that lights up in coordination with the wearer's heartbeat. The garment, called 'Synapse' is the latest in Wipprecht's high tech fashion line.
