'Dr Strange'-style spiral over the southwest Pacific is fuel released by China's Long March rocket 

Residents in the southwest Pacific spotted a bizarre spiral in the sky on June 18. An Astronomer concluded it was fuel released by China's Long March rocket that launched earlier in the day.
