China's president Xi Jinping launches the world's longest sea-crossing bridge

The 4.2-mile-long submerged tunnel of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is connected by two artificial islands, creating a gap in the bridge that will allow cargo ships to pass through the busy delta.
