Boeing's hypersonic plane will 'circle globe in 3 hours'

Boeing's Valkyrie II, billed as a potential successor to the Blackbird SR-71 spy plane, will reach five times the speed of sound, according to Long Beach, California-based engineer Kevin Bowcutt.
