Belgian hacker discovers Facebook flaw that lets anyone see URLs sent through Messenger

This flaw was discovered by a Belgian ethical hacker named Inti De Ceukelaire. Facebook is aware of the flaw, and says it is a publicly-documented and intentional behaviour.
