Army plastic surgeons in Texas grow soldier’s new ear in her FOREARM

Pvt Shamika Burrage lost her left ear in a traumatic car accident in 2016. Now, in a first for the Army, plastic surgeons formed a new ear out of her own cartilage and put it in her arm to grow blood vessels.
