Apple buys chunk of key iPhone chipmaker in 'unusual' $600 million deal

Apple is buying the power-management tech at the heart of its iPhones in a $600 million deal with Dialog Semiconductor. Apple will license some of its tech and bring over 300 engineers from Dialog.
