Police Cuts Leave Forces Unable To Deal With Riots And Officers Suicidal

Cuts to police funding mean forces could struggle to tackle mass riots and some officers have been left contemplating suicide, according to two top cops. 
Chief Constable Dave Thompson, of West Midlands Police, said the strain is showing for many forces after the recent terror attacks and that neighbourhood must not be cut further.
