Gifted linguist and translator. Much loved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. Died peacefully at home on 17th May 2023 - Norway’s National day of celebration, aged 93 years. Private family funeral in Melrose. A Thanksgiving Service will be held at St Mary’s Church, Holy Island on Thursday 7th September at 1 p.m.
