Scrivens

William Cornelius (Bill). Chief Petty Officer RN (Rtd), HM Coastguard (Rtd). Died peacefully on 14th April aged 80, marking the end of his battle with cancer; a struggle he bore with characteristic dignity and courage. Predeceased by his wife Amber, he is survived by 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
Enthusiastic sailor, motorcyclist and golfer, he was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word, and will be sorely missed by family and friends alike.
