Zayn Malik 'became ill' with eating disorder while in One Direction

Zayn Malik has said he suffered with anxiety and an eating disorder during his time with One Direction. The 23-year old pop star is set to release his autobiography Zayn, in which he talks of a time when he was so busy, he would forget to eat. "When I look back at the images of myself from around November 2014, before the final tour, I can see how ill I was," the former One Direction star writes on his book.
