Scott Weiland’s ‘Accidental Overdose': Cocaine, Alcohol, Ecstacy…

It’s being ruled as an ‘accidental overdose,’ according to an autopsy report now being released.  The Hennepin County Medical Examiner in Minneapolis has now confirmed that heavy doses of cocaine, alcohol, and methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA, or ‘Sally’) were found within the dead body of Scott Weiland, a lethal cocktail that excited a heart condition and other ailments.
Weiland was confirmed dead on December 3rd in his tour bus.
