Jay Z's Label Roc Nation Sues Rita Ora

Jay Z's record label is suing singer Rita Ora for £1.6m ($2.4m) for breaking her contract and failing to produce promised albums. The civil lawsuit has been filed in New York just six weeks after the British star sued Roc Nation in Los Angeles. Roc Nation claims it has spent $2.4m on her and has "tirelessly promoted [her] career, investing millions of dollars in marketing, recording and other costs, which was instrumental in guiding Ms Ora to her current level of success and fame".
