Jagger: Bowie's Death 'Awful And Unexpected'

Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger has described the death of his friend and fellow musician David Bowie as "awful and unexpected". Speaking in New York, he told Sky News that he did not know the 69-year-old, who died from cancer following an 18-month illness, was unwell. Jagger's tribute was made on the red carpet for his new TV show Vinyl, which is about the music business in 1970s New York.
