The biggest fireworks of late are happening at Cumulus Media, the second-largest radio broadcaster in the US but a company struggling with massive debt and depressed shares.  Effective October 13th, Lew Dickey will relinquish his CEO and president stripes, and pasture into a Vice Chairman title.  Board member Mary Berner will assume the leadership role.  Cumulus is currently saddled with more than $2.5 billion in debt, with shares slumping more than 80% this year
