Singer-songwriter Don McLean has been charged with domestic violence assault following an incident at his home in Maine. The American Pie singer was arrested at his home in Camden at about 2am on Monday, the local Wiscasset Newspaper reported. He is charged with domestic violence assault - a misdemeanour. No other details on his arrest have been released.
