Brit Awards 'refresh' voting system after diversity row

Brit Awards organisers have announced changes to their voting system to make it more diverse and gender balanced. The Brits Voting Academy said more than 1,200 members would help select its next nominees, "refreshing" the voting system after last year's failure to nominate a single black artist in any major category.
