Dozens of holidaymakers visiting Mexico struck down by a parasite that causes explosive diarrhoea

As of 3 August 2018, there were 63 laboratory-confirmed incidents of the parasitic infection. Nearly all of these patients travelled outside of the UK - and 89 per cent of them visited Mexico.
