Sen. Rand Paul's neighbor pleads not guilty in attack

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) — U.S. Sen. Rand Paul's longtime neighbor pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges that he assaulted the Kentucky Republican while the senator was mowing his lawn.
