Mexican man acquitted of murder wants federal case thrown out

Juan Garcia Zarate, an illegal immigrant, was acquitted of murder for the death of Kate Steinle on a San Francisco pier. Now, he's suing the federal government, claiming additional charges against him are "vindictive." CBS News correspondent John Blackstone explains.
