RBS profits more than DOUBLE to £1.6BN as taxpayers net £1BN WINDFALL

THE Royal Bank of Scotland has reported profits of £1.62billion for 2018 - more than double the £752million profit it revealed for 2017 as it revealed a near £1billion windfall for the taxpayer.
