Iran says OPEC reached consensus to manage market - SHANA
DUBAI (Reuters) - The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries reached consensus on Wednesday to freeze oil production to support prices, the Iranian oil minister said after an informal meeting of the OPEC members in Algeria. "OPEC made an exceptional decision today ...
