Dead whale washes up on Rio de Janeiro’s Ipanema beach

Beachgoers have been warned to stay away from 25-tonne humpbackA dead humpback whale has washed up on the shores of Rio de Janeiro’s Ipanema beach.Biologist Rafael Carvalho said on Wednesday the whale appeared to have been dead for a few days.
