Rodrigo Alves reveals she's signed up to be an NHS volunteer amid COVID-19 pandemic

The reality star, 36, exclusively told MailOnline that due to recent stress surrounding the coronavirus outbreak she's gained two pounds so she's donating some of her clothes to charity.
