Law & Order creator Dick Wolf agrees to pay $100k a month to settle split from THIRD wife Noelle

The Law & Order creator finalized a split from his third wife, Noelle Lipman. Wolf will be required to pay her $100,000 per month, less than one percent of his reported $15m earning per month.
